Fletcher Jones is hiring a Data Migration Lead to steer planning and execution of a critical data migration program for a major automotive manufacturer. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Your role requires leading end-to-end activities, ensuring data accuracy, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration steps: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management approaches.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migrations is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; work and interviews in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and readiness for the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define migration approach, methodology, and quality controls.
• Identify, assess, and manage migration risks and issues.
• Provide regular migration status reports to senior stakeholders.
