Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead for a 100% remote, full‑time role supporting a global automotive client. You will plan and execute a critical data migration program, coordinating cross‑functional teams to define the approach, controls and risk management strategies.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in end‑to‑end data migration, strong knowledge of ETL, data quality, and ERP migration programs (S/4HANA preferred).

Formación

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end data migration programs.
• Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA or similar) preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and execution of data migration activities end‑to‑end.
• Ensure data is accurate and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across workstreams.
• Define migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status to senior stakeholders.
