Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a globally distributed team supporting a major automotive data migration program. You will plan and execute end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring data quality and readiness for the target system.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across workstreams, define migration approaches and controls, and manage risks to enable a smooth transition. The role requires strong English skills and UTC working hours for collaboration.

Formación

• Proven experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead on large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration steps: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migration programs preferred.
• Intermediate/advanced English; interviews in English; UTC working hours.
