Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage a global data migration program for a major automotive manufacturer. You will lead end-to-end planning and execution, coordinate cross-functional teams across workstreams, define the migration approach and quality controls, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong experience in data migration methodologies, ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred), and excellent English communication in a UTC workday (9:00–17:00).

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
