Job summary

Connections Education Llc is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration programs for a global client. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining migration approaches, and managing risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The position is 100% remote, full-time, with daily work in English (UTC 9:00–17:00). Prior S/4HANA or ERP migration experience is preferred, and interviews will be conducted in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews conducted in English.
