Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is hiring a Data Migration Lead for 100% remote work from Argentina. The role requires leading end-to-end data migration activities for a global client within a large enterprise program.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches and risk controls, and ensure data readiness for the target system. Interviews are conducted in English; the position operates in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
