Talent Connect Limited is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage end-to-end data migration activities for a major ERP migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and ensure data accuracy and readiness for the target system.

The role requires proven leadership in large-scale programs, strong knowledge of migration methodology, and experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations. English fluency and UTC-working hours are essential.

Formación

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
