YO AI Labs is seeking a Data Migration Lead to own end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale data migration projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams, define migration controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires strong knowledge of data migration methodology (ETL/ELT), experience with ERP migrations (preferably S/4HANA), and English proficiency for interviews and daily work in UTC timezone.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Deep knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).

Join the team supporting one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, working within a global consulting firm to lead the planning and execution of a critical data migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition to the target system.
