Naranja X is seeking a Data Migration Lead to coordinate and drive a major data migration program for a global client. You will plan, execute and control end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring data quality and readiness for the target system in a 100% remote setting.

The role requires strong expertise in data migration methodologies, cross-functional coordination, and risk management, with a preference for S/4HANA experience.

Formación

• Proven experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define robust migration controls and risk strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Fluent/intermediate English for interviews and daily work.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition to the target system.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities

Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system

Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams

Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls

Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues

Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption

Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs

Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams

Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies

Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)

Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English

Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
