Pearster is seeking Data Entry Specialists for a short-term, 100% remote LATAM project. The role focuses on accurate data entry, review from Dynamics CRM, Excel, and OMS, and following structured workflows.

You’ll work with English-language documentation and maintain high quality on repetitive tasks. Ideal candidates have data entry or related admin experience, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting for a full-time 3-month

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to follow structured processes and documentation.
• Willingness to work full-time on a 3-month project.

Responsabilités

• Accurately enter and update data in the client's internal application.
• Review data from CRM, Excel, and OMS and input it correctly.
• Follow workflows to process requests and update ticket statuses.
• Verify data accuracy and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain productivity on high-volume, repetitive data entry tasks.
