Job summary

Ryz Labs is seeking a Marketing Project Manager for one of our clients. This is a remote role based in LatAm, with 30 hours per week. Fluent English and Spanish are required, along with 3–5 years of PM or project coordination experience in fast-moving environments.

You will drive execution, maintain trackers, and lead standups with internal teams and external agencies. Proactive communication and cross-functional alignment are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish for coordination and documentation.
• 3–5 years as Project Manager or Coordinator for fast-moving workstreams.
• Proficient with Monday.com, Slack, and collaborative docs.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution and proactively remove blockers to hit deadlines.
• Maintain Monday.com boards, campaign schedules, and backlogs in real time.
• Lead standups and syncs with internal teams and external agencies; capture actions and follow up.
• Ensure QA and Care alignment for high-volume campaigns.
