Job summary

7257 Syneos Health Argentina S.A. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations in a remote capacity.

You will own client relationships, manage end-to-end ticket lifecycles, and supervise on-site and remote hands tasks across hardware, cabling, power, and cooling. You will coordinate budgets, vendor procurement, and change management while delivering clear client communications and project dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or technical infra.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on with server hardware, cabling, power & remote hands.
• Proficient in ITSM/project tooling (Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk).
• Experience owning budgets, SOWs or vendor POs.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small technical team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for assigned client accounts across the project lifecycle.
• Own client onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate requirements into actionable work orders and tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments, report delivery status, and handle escalations.
• Build long-term relationships to reduce churn and drive expansion.
• Own full ticket lifecycle in ITSM platforms and ensure clear docs.
• Coordinate multi-workstream projects from planning to sign-off.
• Oversee on-site and remote hands work incl. cabling, power, cooling.
• Validate work orders for technical accuracy before delivery.
• Coordinate procurement, lead times and RMA logistics with vendors.
• Maintain datacenter safety, change and access protocols.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians on-site.
• Track budgets, flag overruns, and authorize change orders.
• Prepare quotes and SOWs for new engagements.
• Maintain procurement records and contract compliance.
• Lead a remote team of technicians/coordinators and plan resources.
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding materials.
