Job summary

Syneos Health Argentina S.A. seeks a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations in a remote capacity. You will guide client onboarding, translate requirements into actionable tickets, and manage a multi-workstream project across planning, deployment, and sign-off.

Responsibilities include overseeing datacenter tasks, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a live project dashboard for stakeholders. Excellent communication and ITSM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or related field.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware and cabling.
• Proficiency with ITSM/project tooling (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Experience owning project budgets or vendor PO's.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small technical team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client accounts.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and tickets.
• Manage SLAs, report delivery status, and handle escalations.
• Own full ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow or ITSM platform.
• Oversee on-site and remote hands work in datacenters.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement and RMA logistics.
• Ensure safety, change management, and access protocols.
