Neowork in LATAM is seeking a Growth Strategist to own client accounts end to end, from onboarding to ongoing optimization, delivering brand messaging and performance across SEO, social, and paid media.

You will draft in Claude, edit to fit client voice, build workflows, and ensure accuracy in tone for regulated industries. This fully remote contractor role aligns with US Central business hours, with scope to grow as the agency expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients, agency or independent practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and connected tools; experience building with Claude.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites and channels live within about two weeks.
• Verify conversion tracking reflects real bookings before budget changes.
• Write brand messaging and location pages; draft in Claude and edit for client voice.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on with ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts and compare cost per booked appointment to adjust budgets.
• Create Claude workflows for recurring tasks used weekly.
• Join client calls across time zones.
