Pavago is seeking a Growth Strategist for its AI-native marketing practice. This remote LATAM contractor role owns client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to ongoing optimization, writing brand messaging, and directly running SEO, social, and paid media.

The role emphasizes building scalable Claude-powered workflows, strong copy judgment, and the ability to coordinate across time zones while maintaining client trust and measurable results.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for multiple client accounts.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, and ad account structure.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools for client work.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new accounts and set up sites, tracking, and channels within two weeks.
• Verify conversion tracking reflects real bookings before budget changes.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates in Claude and edit.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts and compare cost per booked appointment.
• Create Claude workflows to automate recurring tasks.
