Job summary

Fullstack is seeking a Growth Strategist for a fully remote role serving LATAM clients. You will own client accounts end to end, from onboarding to ongoing optimization, writing brand messaging in Claude and editing for client voice, and running SEO, social, and paid media directly.

You will build Claude-based workflows, structure multi-location accounts, and track bookings and conversions across locations. Daily use of Claude, with some calls in US Central time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with agency or independent practice.
• Experience writing brand messaging and client updates.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social, and paid media management.
• Proficiency with Claude or similar LLMs and workflow automation.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and set up sites, tracking, and channels within ~2 weeks.
• Write brand messaging and client updates using Claude; edit to client voice.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on; manage ad account structure.
