Job summary

GoFasti is seeking a Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding and proposal through ongoing optimization. You will write brand messaging, draft in Claude, and directly manage SEO, social, and paid media, including conversion tracking and ad account structuring.

You will build Claude workflows, improve team processes, and tailor tone for regulated industries. Remote LATAM-based role with US Central time alignment and flexible client calls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for client accounts.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, plus a project built with Claude.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking, and channels live within ~2 weeks.
• Verify conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget changes.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
