Job summary

Publicis Groupe Peru is seeking a Growth Strategist for a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role. You will own client accounts end-to-end—from onboarding and brand messaging to SEO, social, and paid media management—using Claude and your own workflows to scale operations across multiple locations.

You bring 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing, a technical eye for conversion tracking and ad structure, and near-native English for client calls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of current, hands-on digital marketing for clients
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, and ad account structure
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, plus a project you've built with them
• Near-native English for client calls and updates

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites and channels live within ~2 weeks
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates in Claude
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear performance and cost-per-booked-appointment analyses
• Create Claude workflows to automate recurring tasks
• Join client calls across time zones
