Job summary
Prometeo Talent is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofits. This remote role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to boost campaign performance.
You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven marketing decisions. Compensation is USD and based on experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
- Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
- Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
