Job summary

Jobgether Srl is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners. This remote role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and improved CAMPAIGN performance.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support strategic marketing decisions through

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
