Padsplit, Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners. You’ll transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to improve campaigns and decisions.

The role is 100% remote in USD compensation, collaborating with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
