Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote LATAM role. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners, transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaigns.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support strategic decisions through data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in analytics or marketing data roles.
• Strong ability to build dashboards and reports.
• Experience with CRM data and lead generation reporting.
• Proficient in data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights.
