Job summary

Atomic Hr seeks a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving LATAM education and nonprofit partners. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights, transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable guidance to improve campaigns.

You'll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, monitor trends, ensure data quality, and support data-driven decision making across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
