Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role supporting LATAM partners in higher education and nonprofits. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights to transform complex marketing and CRM data into actionable guidance that drives smarter decisions and improved campaign results.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
