Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving LATAM universities and nonprofit partners. You will lead analytics strategy, build dashboards, and translate complex CRM data into actionable insights that improve campaign performance.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to drive data-driven decisions, ensure data accuracy, and scale analytics operations in a fast-paced agency environment. Native or near-native English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
