Lever, Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving universities and nonprofit partners in LATAM. Lead dashboards, analytics strategy, and performance insights to transform complex data into actionable decisions that improve campaigns and enrollment outcomes.

Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build reporting systems, monitor KPIs, ensure data accuracy, and drive data-driven marketing across education clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
