Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for university and nonprofit partners. This remote LATAM role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaigns.

You will build dashboards, analyze data trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions. English fluency and fast-paced agency experience are valued.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization skills.
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
