Job summary

Peachy is seeking a proactive Junior Customer Support Coordinator for a full-time, remote role. You will handle inquiries, resolve order issues, and communicate between customers, internal teams, and fulfillment partners.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email and social channels in a timely, friendly, professional manner.
Handle order changes, cancellations, returns, and shipping address updates.
Act as liaison between customers and logistics partners to resolve issues.
Track orders and provide updates using Shopify.
Monitor Meta platforms for customer interactions and maintain brand presence.
Escalate complex cases as needed and document recurring issues.
