Job summary

Prometeo Talent in collaboration with a fast-growing SaaS company seeks a Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, primarily by phone, helping with permit filings, account management, and platform usage. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone-based environment.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and timely.
• Resolve questions about permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Log interactions in the CRM and navigate platform workflows.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
