Cloudbeds is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary liaison for clients, delivering proactive support from home. You will handle inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and account questions, and you will identify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication abilities.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis to interpret client data effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service with awareness of HIPAA when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying productive and organized.
• Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels
• Manage client inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions
