Qualifications

• Phone-based collections, retention, sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to past-due accounts to secure payment commitments.
• Monitor live chat and respond to customer questions in real time and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in CRM/ticketing systems for every interaction.
• Balance service and sales tasks across phone and chat throughout each shift.
