Veta Virtual Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for its fast-growing call center. You will be the professional voice for clients, answering calls with warmth and polish to ensure callers feel valued.

The role is full-time, 100% remote, with paid training and opportunities for growth. A 9-hour shift within 9:00 AM–9:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, is required, and applicants should be based in LATAM or Europe.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service, call center, or phone-based support.
• Exceptional English, written and spoken.
• Outgoing, energetic, and responsible personality with commitment to excellence.
• Familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls professionally for a variety of businesses.
• Take accurate messages and deliver promptly.
• Book appointments using scheduling tools and transfer calls efficiently.
• Build relationships by understanding client needs and adapting approach.
• Collaborate with team to improve service quality.
