Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service, call center or phone-based support.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Outgoing, energetic and responsible with commitment to excellence.
• Fast learner with familiarity using AI tools.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Quiet work environment, reliable equipment and stable internet.
• Availability for a 9-hour shift 9:00 AM–9:00 PM ET, Mon–Fri.
• Based in LATAM or Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls professionally for a diverse range of businesses.
• Address callers' needs with empathy and professionalism, taking accurate messages.
• Book appointments with scheduling tools and transfer calls per protocol.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and energy.
