Bertoni Solutions seeks a Business Systems Analyst with CRO experience for a 100% remote nearshore role serving a US client. You will define data integration requirements, map data sources, and coordinate with the Data and Technology teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis, strong English, and experience with Jira/Azure DevOps/OnePlan. Independent contractor role for approximately 9 months, fully remote.
Formación
- +5 years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Hands on experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps or OnePlan.
- Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Must be located in Central or South America; nearshore remote role.
Responsabilidades
- Define data integration requirements and documentation for Partex.AI integrations.
- Document data exchange, flow direction, triggers, fields, mappings and rules.
- Identify sources for authoritative data (CTMS, EDC, IRT, Medidata, etc.).
- Develop data and process flow documentation from source to end user workflows.
- Produce acceptance criteria for integrations and platform configurations for UAT.
