Potenciarnos - Capital Humano is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency, fully remote. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinate schedules, and serve as the main contact for cross-functional teams.

We value at least two years of creative/marketing project management experience, proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello, and strong organizational and communication skills.

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (design, copy, strategy).
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of creative processes in marketing campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project timelines using PM tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress with reports and alert on risks.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Serve as main contact for internal teams and stakeholders.
