Avalian is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US-based marketing agency. This fully remote role focuses on managing creative campaigns for mission-driven organizations, delivering projects from kickoff to delivery.

You will plan timelines in Asana, coordinate design, copy, and strategy teams, and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing processes. Candidates should have 2+ years of creative/marketing PM experience and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational & time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines using Asana and other PM tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, copy, and strategy.
• Manage workload & resources to meet objectives.
• Track & report progress to stakeholders and identify risks.
• Optimize processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
• Facilitate clear communication with internal teams and leadership.
