Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote role with a US marketing agency. The position oversees creative campaigns, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of assets and campaigns.

You will own end-to-end project management, write brand messaging drafts, and optimize workflows using Claude-based tools while collaborating with designers, writers, and strategists in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, ideally in an agency.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of how design and content fit into marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create & maintain project timelines in Asana and other tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters and strategists.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress, identify at-risk tasks and report to stakeholders.
• Optimize processes and implement best practices.
• Facilitate clear communication with internal teams.
