Jobgether is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. Fully remote from LATAM, you will manage creative campaigns end-to-end, coordinate schedules, and serve as the hub for cross-functional teams.

You bring 2+ years of creative/marketing project management, strong PM-tool skills (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello), and exceptional organization. This contractor role offers USD pay and growth opportunities.

Competenze

2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication abilities within teams and leadership.
Working knowledge of creative processes in marketing campaigns.
Problem-solving mindset to remove bottlenecks.

Mansioni

Create & maintain project timelines using Asana and other PM tools.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
Track progress, identify at-risk tasks, and report status to stakeholders.
Suggest process improvements and implement best practices for ops.
