Job summary

Muttdata is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US-based agency. This fully remote, contractor role focuses on managing creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time execution across multiple campaigns.

You will maintain timelines, track progress, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced marketing environment, with responsibilities spanning creative, SEO, and paid media tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency in PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of creative processes in marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns using PM tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize creative workflows.
• Facilitate clear communication and timely updates.
