Digital Project Coordinator at Muttdata is a fully remote, contractor role supporting a US-based marketing agency. You will manage creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinate timelines, and align cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

You'll oversee project schedules in Asana, track milestones, and optimize workflows while maintaining clear communication with designers, copywriters, and strategists. Prior experience in agency settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience in an agency environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools: Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities; able to present updates to leadership.
• Working knowledge of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.

Responsabilités

• Create & maintain project timelines in Asana and other platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, strategists).
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders.
