Muttdata is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote engagement focused on creative campaigns and data-driven marketing. The role centers on planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets for education-focused clients.

You will own project timelines, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, preferably in an agency.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration across design, copy, and strategy teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
