Hire Hangar, Inc. seeks a Digital Project Coordinator / Creative Traffic Manager for a fully remote role based in LATAM.

You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinate schedules, set deadlines, and act as the primary contact for cross-functional teams across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience managing creative projects in an agency setting, proficiency with Asana or similar PM tools, and strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency in PM tools: Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Strong organization and time-management.
• Excellent communication with leadership.
• Understanding of creative processes in marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Aufgaben

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Use reports to identify at-risk tasks, elevate issues, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Optimize Processes: Spot workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams with regular status updates.
