There is Talent is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to plan and oversee creative campaigns for a US marketing agency. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience managing creative projects in marketing or agency settings, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in PM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing PM experience, ideally in an agency.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder update abilities.
• Understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns using Asana or similar tools.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by balancing capacity and priorities.
• Track & Report Progress with regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
