Candidates should have 2+ years managing creative projects in marketing or agency environments, with proficiency in PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello. You’ll optimize processes and report progress to stakeholders.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience
• Agency environment experience preferred
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines using PM platforms like Asana or similar.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks.
• Track & Report Progress through status updates and dashboards.
• Optimize Processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the primary touchpoint for internal teams and stakeholders.
