• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience, ideally in an agency environment handling design, copywriting, or marketing projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple creative projects across cross-functional teams and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve blockers.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources are in place to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks, escalate issues, and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes: Spot workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams with regular status updates.
