US Marketing Agency is seeking a Creative Project Manager to plan and oversee creative campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery from kickoff to finish. You will coordinate schedules, set deadlines, and act as the main contact for cross-functional teams in a fully remote role.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience managing creative projects in marketing or agency settings, with strong skills in Asana or similar tools and a knack for organization and communication.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to keep projects on track.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in PM platforms.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and re-allocating tasks.
• Track & Report Progress with status updates and risk flags to stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams and deadlines.
