SuperSummary seeks an experienced Controller to own end-to-end accounting for a SaaS business. You will manage monthly close, revenue recognition, and billing operations while building budgets, rolling forecasts, and KPI reporting to guide leadership decisions. This is a part-time role (approx.

10–20 hours/week) with a remote, international team. You’ll collaborate with the CEO and VP of Operations, ensuring audit readiness and strong internal controls, while leveraging AI tools for

• 8+ years in progressive accounting and finance, SaaS or subscription-focused.
• Controller-level ownership of monthly close, revenue recognition, and GAAP/IFRS reporting.
• Experience with subscription billing platforms and FP&A basics.
• Strong English communication and remote collaboration skills.
• CPA/CMA certification preferred; ChargeBee/AI tooling plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly close, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition and deferred revenue.
• Manage ChargeBee/Stripe billing data integration into the GL.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and SaaS metric reporting (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC).
• Provide leadership with financial dashboards and scenario modeling.
• Partner with executives on strategic initiatives and resource plans.
