Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is hiring an Account Manager for a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role. You will own client relationships from onboarding to ongoing optimization, directly handling brand messaging, SEO, paid media, and conversion tracking across multi-location accounts.

You’ll work with Claude-based workflows, join calls across time zones, and drive performance with a proactive, partner-first approach. This is a USD contractor role with flexible US Central-time hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure.
• Experience running several client accounts, often with multiple locations.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.
• Brand and copy judgment you can explain and defend.
• Comfort working with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear and proactive.
• Run partner check-ins with strong agendas, alignment notes, and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and keep records on scope and status.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team, pull reports, and surface insights.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned for smooth execution.
• Track progress against goals including budget pacing, inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
• Spot retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities with the Account Director.
• Assist with onboarding and new business support when needed.
• Support reporting accuracy and invoicing as requested.
