SupportYourApp is seeking a Community Operations Specialist to join a global, multilingual team. You will source, contact, and activate creators for projects, monitor performance, and coordinate workflows to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates communicate in Spanish and English (C1), handle data in Google Sheets, and manage tasks with strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (C1) required.
• Solid project management skills and ability to drive execution autonomously.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including filters, formulas, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or retraining when needed.
• Coordinate projects and workflows to ensure deliverables are on time and accurate.
• Handle operational issues and escalations, investigating and driving resolution.
• Collaborate with other agents and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and address recurring issues to improve processes and efficiency.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases and take appropriate action when needed.
• Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and better project management.
