Job summary

IQVIA Argentina seeks a Global Study Associate Director (GSAD) to drive delivery of complex clinical studies within Study Management, BioPharmaceuticals Clinical Operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with CPT from handover to archive, and ensure milestones, budget, and quality standards are met.

You will mentor staff, oversee TMF, vendor oversight, and inspection readiness, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree (or equivalent) in medical or biological sciences or discipline associated with clinical research.
• 5 years of relevant clinical experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 2 years' project management experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate to cross-functional study teams to ensure milestones, timelines, budget and quality standards are met.
• Maintain oversight of study plans, risk management, TMF completion and quality controls.
• Ensure inspection readiness and effective vendor management across CROs and service providers.
